Load Lens ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that helps freight dispatchers and owner-operators work with the DAT One load board. It provides three core features, all triggered manually by the user:
The Extension is operated by Load Lens and is accessible via the Chrome Web Store.
You stay in control at every step. The Extension does not:
The Extension only reacts when you act (manual refresh, Ctrl+Click, button click). You are solely responsible for how you use the Extension and must comply with DAT One's terms of service.
Profit estimates, fuel/toll calculations, and email drafts are provided for informational purposes only. Profit figures are estimates based on third-party route data (Google Maps) and your own input (fuel cost, truck MPG). Actual costs and revenue will vary. Load Lens does not guarantee the accuracy of any calculation and is not a substitute for your own business judgment or professional advice.
Pro is a recurring monthly subscription. Pricing is shown on the landing page and at checkout.
All payments are processed by Creem, our Merchant of Record. Creem is the legal seller of record and handles payment processing, tax collection, and invoicing. We never receive, store, or process your card details — payment data stays entirely between you and Creem.
The Extension is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that: (a) DAT One's page structure will remain compatible with the Extension (DAT frontend updates may break highlighting); (b) Google Maps route data or fuel/toll estimates will be accurate or current; (c) the Extension will be uninterrupted or error-free. DAT One, DAT Solutions LLC, Google, and Creem are third parties not controlled by us.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Load Lens and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Extension, including but not limited to missed loads, incorrect profit estimates, broken broker communications, or any business decisions made based on information provided by the Extension. Your use is at your sole risk.
All Extension content — including code, design, logos, branding, and documentation — is the intellectual property of Load Lens and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Extension without written permission. Load board data displayed by DAT One remains the property of DAT Solutions LLC.
The Extension works with DAT One and uses Google Maps Platform, DeepSeek/OpenAI, Creem, and Upstash. Their respective terms and privacy policies apply. Load Lens is an independent productivity tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with DAT Solutions LLC, Google, or any other third party.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Extension after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
For questions about these Terms, contact support@loadlenshq.com. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
